1. Booking & Deposit Policy
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, depending on the service or client history. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process and will be applied toward your service total.
- If a deposit is required, no deposit means no guaranteed appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of the deposit.
2. Late Policy
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
- This ensures we respect the schedule of all clients.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or require prepayment for future bookings.
4. Nail Repairs & Aftercare
We want your nails to look beautiful for as long as possible:
- Contact us within 3 days of your service if there are any issues, and we will assess and schedule a repair if needed.
- Breaks caused by impact, improper care, or accidents are not covered.
Aftercare Tips:
- Avoid using nails as tools.
- Wear gloves when cleaning or handling chemicals.
- Keep nails hydrated with cuticle oil daily.
- Schedule maintenance every 2–3 weeks for optimal results.
5. Pricing & Add-Ons
- Prices listed are starting prices. The final cost may vary depending on nail length, design complexity, and additional add-ons.
- Any price adjustments will always be communicated before your service begins.
6. Refund & Redo Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind, nail growth, or damage caused by improper aftercare.
- Minor adjustments and touch-ups are prioritized to ensure your nails meet your expectations.
7. Studio Environment & Professionalism
- To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, please avoid bringing extra guests.
- Food and drinks are not allowed at the nail stations.
- Blue Legacy Studio is committed to a respectful, welcoming environment. Clients are expected to respect staff, policies, and other clients.
8. Payment
- Payment is due at the end of each appointment.
- We accept cash, card, and digital payments.
